I bought my product through your webshop
When you buy a product through our webshop, in most cases you receive your free products immediately with your order. This is an extra piece of service we offer to customers who purchase through our own webshop.
I bought my product through your webshop, but didn't receive a product
In rare cases, something goes wrong with packing the products and we forget to send the gifts along. When this happens, please contact us and we'll make it right!
Sometimes it also happens that we're temporarily out of stock. When this happens, we'll put a note in the box with your order to let you know that we'll send the gift later.
I bought my products through one of your partners but can't find the claim page now
At the moment, we are working on a migration to our new platform that we run on Donaraz.com. You can find OPPO promotions at: donaraz.com/oppo. Soon we'll be available again on the "familiar" promo.oppo-benelux.com environment. When you register through this website, you'll immediately receive an email with a "status page" so you can keep track of your claim. According to our general terms and conditions, we may take several weeks to review and accept or cancel your claim. Please note that this can take up to 8 weeks.
When your claim is approved or rejected, you'll automatically receive an email. After that, you can usually find your track and trace information on the status page within a few days.
